“‘Frogspawn’ is a playful reminder of all things small, cute and silly that can be found day-to-day, lightening our hectic lives,” says Greta Carroll, aka CURRENTMOODGIRL, of her new track. “The track is mimicking imaginary amphibian squelchy squiggly modular synth sounds, partnered with dance-y bass drums and repetitive and rhythmic hyperactive, hooky vocals. You can almost see this track visually, bouncing around like a newly sprung frog. This song hopes to bring some attention to amphibious creatures and their existence – which can be forgotten at times of human crisis. These creatures are still important but the most overlooked!“
